Send Then Do is the public brand of the service operated by Ana Nasicovscaia. Contact: support@sendthendo.com.

Beta service

Send Then Do is an experimental product. Features may change, stop working, or be removed without notice. A private forwarding address is active only after it appears as assigned in the signed-in parent account.

What you get

Send Then Do turns school emails and similar parent messages into a checklist of dates, times, child names, and actions. Paid plans include automatic school-message processing, shared parent task assignment, and calendar or device reminders.

Verify important information

AI-generated checklists may omit, misread, or incorrectly interpret dates, amounts, events, or instructions. Always verify every important item against the original school communication. Calendar events require your confirmation before they are added.

Acceptable use

You may submit only information you are authorized to process. Do not submit passwords, access codes, payment-card details, government identifiers, medical records, or unlawful content. Do not automate requests, attempt to bypass limits, disrupt the service, or use the service to monitor another person without authorization.

No school relationship

Send Then Do is not a school, emergency notification system, student information system, or official record. It does not replace communications from teachers, schools, districts, or emergency authorities.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are $5 billed every month or $45 billed once a year. Before checkout, Send Then Do displays the amount due today and the renewal frequency. Subscriptions continue until canceled.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which is the merchant of record. Card details are entered directly with Paddle and are not stored by Send Then Do. By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

Refunds, cancellations, tax, and payment rights are described in the Refund Policy and may also follow Paddle’s Refund Policy.

No warranties

The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, Ana Nasicovscaia and Send Then Do disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of responsibility

You remain responsible for reviewing original messages and completing school-related actions. Do not rely on Send Then Do as the only source for deadlines, emergencies, transportation changes, attendance requirements, payments, or student safety information.

These terms may be updated as the product evolves. The current effective date is shown above.
