What you are buying

Send Then Do is a parent subscription that turns school messages into an action checklist. Current plans are $5 billed every month or $45 billed once a year. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Both plans include automatic school-message processing, shared parent task assignment, and calendar or device reminders.

How to cancel

You can cancel from your signed-in Send Then Do account with Manage or cancel, which opens the Paddle customer portal. You can also cancel through Paddle support at paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the period already paid, unless Paddle approves a refund.

How to request a refund

Where consumer withdrawal rights apply, you may usually request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Request a refund from Paddle:

Include your Paddle order number and the email address used at checkout. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
